Neuro-Vet
- Overview
FOR VETERINARIAN USE ONLY
The ingredients in Neuro-Vet™ have been clinically studied for many years and have been proven to support neurotransmission, cognitive function and nervous system disorders.
These ingredients are known as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, which stop an enzyme from breaking down acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is known as the learning neurotransmitter, and is involved in muscle contractions and function. The ingredients in Neuro-Vet have shown to be beneficial for problems with concentration and muscular disorders because it causes an increase in the levels of acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is one of the chemicals that nerves use to communicate in the brain, muscles, and other areas. It acts as an antagonist of the NMDA receptor and inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase with reversible properties. Alpha-GPC rapidly delivers choline to the brain across the blood–brain barrier and is a biosynthetic precursor of acetylcholine. These ingredients have shown positive results against long-term neuromuscular issues that leads to varying degrees of skeletal muscle weakness.Neuromuscular issues are often the result of antibodies that block or destroy nicotinic acetylcholine receptors at the junction between the nerve and muscle. This prevents nerve impulses from triggering muscle contractions. These ingredients work to keep acetylcholinesterase in check, making sure that enough messenger molecules remain at work to protect neurotransmission and muscle functions.
May be beneficial for:
Neuromuscular issues and nervous system disorders
Unsteady gait or balance
Shivers and muscle tremors
Stringhalt
